WAPDA sorts out workshop on influence assessment of climate changes on water assets

WAPDA coordinated a class on “Effect Assessment of Climate Change on Water Assets in a joint effort with World Bank at WAPDA House today. In his introductory statements, the Director said that Climate Change is a genuine test across the globe. Pakistan is positioned eighth most weak country to the environment emergency, as indicated by the Worldwide Environment Hazard Record.

Ms. Sojhla Khan Lodhi from NUST, Islamabad, Prof. Dr. Sajid Rashid Ahmad, Ms. Mariam Javed from College of the Punjab, Alvena Shahid, PhD Researcher from Lahore School for Ladies College, Dr. Muhammad Shahid from UET, Lahore, Dr. Muhammad Waseem from GIKI, Nasir Hussain from GMRC, WAPDA introduced their papers in second meeting of the workshop.
