A case in regards to development of an authority on climate change came in the mood for hearing before a three-part seat of the SC, managed by Equity Mansoor Ali Shah, on Monday.
Equity Mansoor commented that the Climate Change Act was sanctioned in 2017. “Climate change is a significant issue for Pakistan, and a question of fundamental privileges. The authority couldn’t be laid out even after such countless years,” he commented. The SC judge said that the head legal officer for Pakistan (AGP) ought to come to the court and then, at that point, court would investigate the matter.
