Public Water Co. plants 1m trees in Madinah locale

RIYADH: The Realm’s Public Water Co. has established more than 1 million trees across different region of the Madinah district, the Saudi Press Organization provided details regarding Monday.

Part of the Saudi Green Drive expects to establish 10 billion trees, battle desertification, increment vegetation cover, raise natural mindfulness, and upgrade the usage of water created by wastewater treatment plants.

By decisively choosing the locales surrounding the wastewater treatment plants, the Public Water Co. guarantees that every one of the trees are supported with the treated water produced by these offices.

This approach adds to the Realm’s natural balance and works on in general personal satisfaction in the district, the SPA said.

Saudi Arabia has been one of the greatest allies of green living. It is creating many ventures around the country, including natural plans, to work on personal satisfaction and assist with countering the impacts of climate change around the world.
