Kazakhstan Assumes control Over Chairmanship at Global Fund for Saving of Aral Ocean
ASTANA – Kazakhstan assumes control over the chairmanship of the Global Fund for Saving of the Aral Ocean as of Jan. 1. The country is focused on developing associations with Focal Asian states, alongside other global associations and monetary foundations, to resolve issues connected with the relict water supply, as per Nurzhan Nurzhigitov, the Minister of Water Assets and Water system.
During a Nov.20 meeting with Salman Bal, the ambassador of Switzerland to Kazakhstan, and representatives of the Blue Peace Central Asia (BPCA) program, Nurzhigitov underscored Kazakhstan’s obligation to executing drives illustrated by the Kazakh President.
