The two sides of Shahrah-e-Faisal were obstructed after Jamat-e-Islami organized a protest infront of the administrative center of the Water Board on Friday.
Protestors requested better water the executives for the city and raised mottos against Chairman Murtaza Wahab.
Tending to the demonstration, JI’s Hafiz Naeem expressed that there is an outrageous emergency of water in the city and its 35 million occupants were carrying on with an existence of trouble.
He added that power and gas were not consistently provided to the city’s occupants and the PPP government had endured 15 years repainting 150 transports and running them in the city.
He likewise asserted that there was an endeavor to ‘undercount’ the city’s populace and said the JI wouldn’t think twice about the exact proportion of the city’s populace for any reason.
