Governor Punjab, French Ambassador Discuss Agriculture, Livestock, Food Security Cooperation

Lahore: Governor Punjab Muhammad Baligh Ur Rehman has expressed gratitude to the government of France over supporting Pakistan regarding GSP Plus status.

Talking to Ambassador of France Nicolas Galey in Lahore on Tuesday, he expressed hope that France will continue to support Pakistan on GSP plus status.

The #Punjab Governor also thanked the French Ambassador for helping the flood victims.

Speaking on the occasion, the Ambassador of #France said that trade with Pakistan will be promoted in the various sectors.

France sent a special charter plane to transport 83 very high-capacity water pumps, 200 family tents, and hygiene and protective equipment for Pakistan’s flood affected people.

While meeting Pakistan’s Premier Shehbaz Sharif in New York in last September, #French President Macron also assured to hold international conference to support flood-hit Pakistan.
